The Innovative Health Management specialization is designed to meet the needs of professionals in the healthcare and medical sectors. You will gain both cross-sector knowledge in general management and expert knowledge specific to your field of interest. New to the program in 2017 is the Negotiation Management specialization, which, for the first time, makes the various methods and perspectives of negotiation research available to managers, thus supporting them in the effective and efficient management of complex negotiation situations.

The business-oriented focus, combined with a strong practical emphasis, enables you to learn and further develop entrepreneurial management skills and operational expertise.
