The Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Hons) in Instrumentation and Control Engineering (BICE) is a hands-on programme focused on applying measurement and control techniques of process variables for monitoring, recording, controlling and performance assessment across manufacturing and industrial processes.

Submit your application through UniKL’s international online application for the programme during the published intake window for March or October. Complete all required fields and upload the requested documents for international applicants, including your academic records and English proficiency proof or documents to support the E-LIP pathway. UniKL states the application will be evaluated within 3 to 5 working days after submission.
If you receive an offer, you must accept it by completing the acceptance documents and paying the initial enrollment fees within 2 weeks from the offer letter date. UniKL states the initial enrollment fee is RM 2,200 and is required to start your student visa application processing. Keep your payment proof and acceptance documents ready for visa follow-up steps.
After UniKL receives the initial enrollment fee and acceptance form, UniKL will apply for the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) via Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS). UniKL states VAL processing takes from 3 to 9 weeks. Use the EMGS status monitoring process once your VAL application is submitted.
