Complete the application form and upload soft copies of the required documents (including your passport, academic transcripts/certificates, and your English proficiency proof or applicable MOI/English-medium evidence). Pay any application fee if required by the portal before the deadline. Keep your records ready in case the university requests additional information after submission.

Wait for the Letter of Offer and prepare for study approval

After your application and documents are submitted, UNIRAZAK issues the Letter of Offer within 3 working days, subject to university approval. For international students, study approval processes may be required after receiving the offer letter. If your study delivery involves fully online learning under UNIRAZAK ODL, EMGS approval to study is mandatory and you should start that process after the offer letter. Make sure you follow the university’s pre-arrival guidance and do not enter Malaysia until the required electronic visa approval process is completed.

Complete enrolment requirements and English proficiency checks

You must meet the programme’s published English proficiency requirement before enrolment. If you are exempt based on English-medium prior study, your exemption is subject to verification and approval. UNIRAZAK also provides an English Placement Test before or upon enrolment and may support students through an Intensive English Programme where applicable.
