After you receive your offer letter, follow UNIRAZAK’s guidance for the student pass visa process. UNIRAZAK states that international students must apply for the student pass via the university’s Office of International Student Affairs (OIA), and the application is submitted to Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) for electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) processing. UNIRAZAK also advises not to enter Malaysia until the electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) is approved.
