Bachelor's degreeInternational applicants must have a bachelor’s degree at Level 6 (MQF) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 as accepted by the HEP Senate. Applicants with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 may still be accepted depending on whether the CGPA is below 2.50 and whether the field is related, subject to internal assessment, or by taking pre-requisite courses if required. Applicants may also be considered with other equivalent qualifications to a bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) recognised by the Malaysian Government.

Language requirements

UNIRAZAK requires international applicants to meet an English proficiency requirement for Master in Public Management. The program accepts MUET (minimum Band 4) or equivalent qualifications such as CEFR (Mid B2), IELTS, Pearson English, or Cambridge English tests.
