    📝 How to Apply

    1

    Submit your application online

Apply through UNIRAZAK’s official Online Application process. Complete the online application form and upload clear soft copies of required documents such as your passport, academic transcripts, certificates, and your English proficiency proof or an accepted Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter where applicable. UNIRAZAK’s Office of International Student Affairs (OIA) states that you should upload clear soft copies of required documents as part of the online submission.

    2

    Receive your Letter of Offer

After your application and documents are submitted, UNIRAZAK states that your Letter of Offer will be issued within 3 working days, subject to university approval. If you have not met the English proficiency requirement, the programme page states that a conditional offer letter may be issued. Use the acknowledgement and any instructions from UNIRAZAK to proceed to the next stage.

    3

Complete student pass and visa steps for Malaysia

UNIRAZAK’s OIA guidance states that once you receive your Offer Letter, you should not enter Malaysia until your electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) is approved. The OIA team submits your application to Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) for eVAL processing. The guidance also states the typical processing time is 4 to 6 weeks and that the eVAL is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance; you must enter Malaysia within that period.

    4

Prepare for arrival and your next registrations

UNIRAZAK advises that you follow their arrival procedures and prepare key documents such as your original passport, Visa Approval Letter (VAL), and your relevant supporting documents. The OIA page also states that all new international students are required to undergo a medical screening within 7 working days of arrival at an EMGS-approved panel clinic. After arrival, follow UNIRAZAK’s OIA instructions for immigration reporting and student pass endorsement processes.
