    Complete the offer and follow pre-arrival visa steps

    After your application and documents are submitted, UNIRAZAK’s guidance states that a Letter of Offer will be issued within 3 working days, subject to university approval. For international students, the process includes the university’s Office of International Student Affairs (OIA) submitting the student pass application to Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) for electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) processing. UNIRAZAK advises not entering Malaysia until your eVAL is approved and to follow the required arrival instructions at the airport and immigration process.
