Apply using UNIRAZAK’s official online application portal. Complete all required fields and upload clear soft copies of your required documents, including your passport, academic transcripts/certificates, and your English proficiency evidence or an MOI letter if applicable. The university states that Letter of Offer issuance follows after your application and documents are submitted and approved.
After submitting the online application, ensure your documents are complete because the university states the application is deemed complete only after receiving the required documents. If you use equivalent qualifications (for example Foundation or Diploma from another institution), the university states you must submit certified true copies of certificate awards and certified true copies of academic transcripts. Keep your document versions clear so they can be processed during admission review.
Once your application is submitted and approved, UNIRAZAK issues your Letter of Offer, and you then proceed with pre-arrival steps for your student pass/visa processing as guided by UNIRAZAK OIA. For ODL programmes, the university states EMGS approval is required for international students studying fully online. UNIRAZAK also advises that you should not enter Malaysia until the electronic Visa Approval Letter is approved.
