The Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) (CPA Australia) is a distinctive four-year programme developed in close collaboration with CPA Australia. It offers students an accelerated pathway to becoming professionally qualified accountants, combining academic excellence with recognised professional credentials.

The programme is structured so that students complete three years of academic study at UniRazak, followed by the final Level 6 papers of the CPA Australia qualification. Upon completing these professional papers, students are awarded the Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) degree from UniRazak, along with professional recognition from CPA Australia and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

  • Build core accounting and business knowledge through courses including Principles of Accounting and Financial Management.
  • Develop analytical and quantitative foundations with Business Mathematics and Business Statistics.

Core accounting and professional skills phase
  • Advance into professional accounting topics such as Financial Reporting, Financial Accounting and Reporting 1, and Financial Accounting and Reporting 2.
  • Strengthen governance, ethics, and compliance through Ethics and Governance and Audit 1.
  • Develop practical competence in management accounting through Management Accounting 1 and Management Accounting 2.

  • Deepen assurance and audit capability with Audit 2 and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination.
  • Cover taxation and regulatory areas including Taxation 1 and Taxation 2 as well as Sales Tax and Service Tax.
  • Apply strategy and leadership learning through Strategic Management Accounting and Global Strategy and Leadership.
Integration and internship phase
