Submit your application online via TOPAS and upload documents

Apply online through the university's application portal called TOPAS. Upload the required documents as certified copies, including your passport copies and your academic transcripts and completion certificates. If your documents are not in English, prepare both the original language version and an official English translation. Make sure your document uploads are complete to avoid processing delays.

Pay the required fee and receive your Letter of Acceptance (LOA)

Complete payment after you submit your documents in TOPAS. After submission and payment, Taylor's University processes your application and issues your Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Keep your contact details updated because the LOA package is sent to your registered email address. The LOA package is required to start your eVAL application for the student pass.

Apply for the eVAL and plan student pass processing

Once you have your LOA, Taylor's University applies for your electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) through Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS). The eVAL application process is stated as taking approximately six to eight weeks after your accepted application. After you arrive in Malaysia, you will complete a post-arrival medical screening, and then your student pass endorsement is processed through EMGS. Plan travel only after the correct approvals are in place and you are instructed to proceed.
