Student Pass application and visa approval
The International Office applies for your Malaysian Student Pass after receiving your signed Acceptance of Offer, required documents, and payments. The Student Pass approval processing time is stated as up to 6–8 weeks for a standard visa application. After approval, you will receive a Visa Approval Letter (VAL) and can follow pre-travel instructions from the admissions team.
