Complete the International Student Application Form and attach the required documents exactly as requested. Ensure your passport details are correct and your academic qualifications are provided as certified true copies. If you are applying with English language evidence, attach the relevant official results. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.
After submission, your application is reviewed by the university to confirm eligibility for the programme. Sunway University may request additional documents as part of evaluation, so respond promptly if contacted. If any documents are requested as incomplete, you must submit them before visa processing can move forward.
Once your eligibility is confirmed, proceed with the required payments as instructed by Sunway University. You must pay the RM 742 enrolment fee and the EMGS student pass/visa processing fee to continue. After submission of required documents and initial payment, the offer letter is prepared within 3 working days.
Accept your offer as detailed in the Letter of Offer and sign and return the acceptance form to the International Office. Submit any outstanding documents listed in the incomplete record checklist attached with the Letter of Offer to avoid delays. Student pass approval processing time is typically 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of a complete application and payment.
