📘 Program Overview

The BSc (Hons) in Artificial Intelligence at Sunway University offers a distinctive learning experience driven by state-of-the-art facilities, impactful research, and a vibrant academic community.     Check eligibility for the programme and intake

    Review the programme entry requirements and confirm your qualifications meet Sunway University’s mathematics and English language requirements for international applicants. Verify the commencement (intake) dates and the latest fee information before you apply. If you are unsure, Sunway’s International Office asks prospective applicants to email first to confirm eligibility before submitting the application.

    Prepare documents and submit your international student application

    Fill out and submit the International Student Application Form with the required documents attached. Sunway states that all application documents and initial payment must be submitted to the International Office at least eight weeks before the intake date(s). Required items include a completed application form, completed health declaration form, passport-sized photographs, a colour scan of your passport, and certified true copies of academic qualifications.

    Pay required fees and wait for your offer letter

    After eligibility is confirmed, you proceed with the payments listed by Sunway for international applicants, including an RM 700 enrolment fee and an RM 2,400 student pass/visa processing fee paid to EMGS. Sunway indicates that successful applicants will receive offer letters via email within 3 working days. If any record is incomplete, Sunway states that incomplete applications cannot be processed and the International Office may request additional documents.

    Complete the student pass (visa) process

    Accept your offer as instructed in the Letter of Offer and return the signed Acceptance of Offer to Sunway’s International Office. Submit any outstanding documents listed in the incomplete record checklist that comes with the offer, because student pass approval can be delayed if submitted late. Sunway notes that student pass approval processing time can take up to 6 to 8 weeks, after which a Visa Approval Letter is issued for printing your student VAL.
