📝 How to Apply

1

Check eligibility

Review the programme details, entry requirements, commencement date, and fees for the correct intake season. If anything about your foreign qualifications is unclear, email Sunway University first to confirm your eligibility before submitting. Plan to start early because Sunway requires initial documents and payments well before the intake date(s).

2

Submit the international application form and documents

Complete and submit the International Student Application Form and attach the required documents. Sunway’s international guidance lists items such as a completed application form, health declaration form, passport copies, certified true copies of academic qualifications, and English language qualifications when required. Sunway states that incomplete applications cannot be processed and additional documents may be requested during evaluation.

3

Pay required fees after eligibility confirmation

After your eligibility is confirmed, proceed with the payment steps requested by Sunway’s International Office. Sunway specifies an enrolment fee and a student pass/visa processing fee paid to EMGS as part of the required payment instructions. Keep your payment receipts ready because they are needed for the offer and student pass steps.

4

Receive the offer letter and complete the student pass process

Successful applicants receive offer letters by email, and you must accept the offer according to the terms in the offer letter. You must sign and return the acceptance and send any outstanding documents listed for incomplete records. Sunway notes student pass approval processing can take up to 6–8 weeks, so submit promptly to avoid delays.
