    Eligibility check before applying

    Pay the required enrolment and student pass/visa processing fees

    After your eligibility is confirmed, proceed with the required payments instructed by the International Office. Sunway University publishes an RM 742 enrolment fee (non-refundable, non-transferable) and an RM 3,300 student pass/visa processing fee paid to EMGS. Keep proof of payment, as visa processing depends on complete application documentation and payments.

    Receive offer letter and complete student pass application

    Successful applicants receive offer letters via email within 3 working days. Follow the offer letter instructions: accept the offer, sign and return the acceptance to the International Office, and provide any outstanding documents required in the incomplete record checklist. Sunway University indicates student pass approval processing takes up to 6 to 8 weeks after submission of the signed acceptance and required documents and payments.
