Do not submit incomplete documents, as incomplete applications cannot be processed.

Receive the Letter of Acceptance

After you submit the complete documents and required fees, Sunway College Johor Bahru will issue a Letter of Acceptance if you meet the academic entry requirements for the applied programme. The college then submits your application and documents to Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) for approval and processing of the Student Pass for study in Malaysia. Respond quickly if EMGS or the university requests clarifications or additional documents.

Obtain visa approval and plan your travel

Once the Malaysian Immigration Department issues the Visa Approval Letter (VAL), you can arrange travel to Malaysia. Plan to enter Malaysia within the VAL validity period. International students are required to apply for a Single Entry Visa (SEV) prior to travelling at the Malaysian High Commission in the relevant home country (if available).
