Complete the International Student application form and submit the required documents to the Sunway College International Office. The guidance states that application documents and initial payment should be submitted at least eight (8) weeks before the intake date(s). Ensure your certified academic documents and any required English language proof are included to avoid delays.
Make required payments after eligibility is confirmed
After your eligibility is confirmed, proceed with the payments described by the international admissions guidance. This includes an enrolment fee and a student pass/visa processing fee paid to EMGS, as stated on the international students admission guidance page. Keep payment records because incomplete processing may delay your offer and student pass steps.
Receive your offer letter and proceed with student pass application
Successful applicants will receive an offer letter, after which you must accept the offer as detailed in the Letter of Offer. You will then submit any outstanding documents in the incomplete record checklist if requested. The international office applies for your Malaysian Student Pass after they receive the signed acceptance and all required documents and payments.
Get your Visa Approval Letter (VAL)
Once the Student Pass is approved, a Visa Approval Letter (VAL) is issued. The guidance notes that the student VAL is valid for 6 months from the issued date. Plan your travel so that your documents and approvals are in place for the intake start.
