📝 How to Apply

1

Check eligibility and review intakes

Review the programme and available intakes before you apply. If you have questions, use the programme’s contact and preview options when available. Confirm you meet the entry requirements for international applicants, including English language requirements and the relevant background for Computing at Master’s level or via working experience. Start early so you have time to prepare documents for the eligibility check.

2

Submit documents for an eligibility check

Compile the documents listed for the programme eligibility check and submit them through the university’s Eligibility Check portal. You will receive an outcome via email within 7 working days after submission. Make sure your transcripts and degree completion certificates are ready, and prepare an updated CV/Resume. If IELTS is applicable in your case, include it as requested in the eligibility check document list.

3

Proceed to enrol after eligibility is confirmed

After you pass the eligibility check, you can proceed to enrol using the university’s online application/enrolment process. Follow the instructions for the online application and ensure your document uploads and details are complete. Pay any required fees as part of the application/enrolment steps. Then follow the next-stage processing required for student pass/visa arrangements through the international admissions pathway.

4

Complete international student application and visa processing

The international application process requires submitting required documents and initial payments to the university’s international office before you travel. After successful submission and confirmation of eligibility, the university issues a Letter of Acceptance and processes the Student Pass through Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS). After visa approval, you must arrange travel and enter Malaysia before the validity of the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) expires. Processing time for the Student Pass approval can take up to 6 to 8 weeks, so submit early.
