📝 How to Apply

Check eligibility and prepare documents

Read the programme entry requirements and confirm your international/foreign qualification is acceptable before you submit. Prepare a portfolio that demonstrates your creative ability for the portfolio review. If you are applying with scholarship or study loan support, prepare the documentary evidence as part of your application pack.

Submit the international application form and supporting documents

Complete and submit the International Student Application Form with the required attachments. Include certified true copies of your academic qualifications and passport details. If needed, upload English language evidence and any additional documents requested during evaluation, because incomplete applications cannot be processed.

Pay required fees after eligibility confirmation

After your eligibility is confirmed, complete the required payment steps using the published amounts. Pay the RM 700 Enrolment Fee and the RM 2,400 Student Pass / Visa processing fee as instructed by the university. Keep payment proofs available in case the International Office requests clarification during processing.

Receive offer letter and complete student pass application

Successful applicants will receive offer letters via email within 3 working days. Accept the offer and sign and return the Acceptance of Offer to the International Office. The Student Pass approval processing time takes up to 6 to 8 weeks, so submit all required documents promptly to avoid delays.
