    Complete the International Student Application Form and make sure all information is complete. Attach the required documents listed by Sunway College Johor Bahru, including certified copies of academic qualifications and passport details. If your previous education was not in English medium, include the required English language qualification evidence. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

The guidance lists an enrolment fee and a student pass/visa processing fee paid to EMGS. Payment details and platforms are provided by the university for successful applicants. Submit payment before any deadline stated by the office to avoid delays.

    Receive your offer letter and start the Student Pass process

    Successful applicants receive offer letters via email within the stated processing time after required documents and initial payment are submitted. You must accept the offer as detailed in the letter and sign and return the Acceptance of Offer to the International Office. The university states that Student Pass approval processing time can take up to 6 to 8 weeks, so start early.
