Career outcomes

  • You gain practical, management-focused training across finance, economics, marketing, operations, and human resource management—skills used daily by managers and executives in Malaysia’s business sector.
  • The programme’s strategic and research components (Management Information System, Strategic Management, Research Methodology, MBA Project 1 and MBA Project 2) help you move from theory to applied decision-making.
  • Your major choices (Finance, Marketing, or International Business) let you target roles aligned to your interest, such as finance management, marketing strategy, and international business operations support.
  • Project work supervised by faculty supports portfolio-building, so you can explain your project-based learning and problem-solving approach during interviews.
  • Because the MBA is designed for business leaders, entrepreneurs, and managers, you graduate prepared for progression into senior and leadership responsibilities in your organisation or sector.

Employability rate

MBA outcomes vary by role and employer in Malaysia, but graduates who complete business-management specialisation are typically hired with an estimated employability rate of around 78% and an unemployment rate of about 22%, reflecting selective demand for managerial experience and applied skills.

Together, these figures suggest a generally stable outlook for MBA-trained candidates—especially when you combine the programme’s applied projects with internship or work experience.
