Once you decide to apply, contact Southern University College’s international Student Office (ISO) to confirm the documents needed for this programme. Prepare an application form, and organise your academic documents and English proof in the required format. You will also be asked to submit the documents to the ISO email address stated by the university.

Pay the application fee and submit your package

Submit the required application materials to ISO and pay the application fee stated by the university. The university states an application fee amount for international applicants as part of the international application procedures page. After internal evaluation, the university will issue an offer letter if you are approved.

Receive the offer letter and complete the required payments for processing

After the offer letter is issued following internal evaluation, you must submit the required payment amount stated by the university for the next stage of processing. The university then submits documents to Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) for a Visa Approval Letter (VAL). Follow ISO instructions for timelines and any further document requests during evaluation.

VAL, visa, and Malaysian student pass endorsement

Once the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) is approved, you must make the payment stated by the university related to Part B and the first year’s tuition fee. For visa-required countries, the university instructs students to apply for a Single Entry Visa (SEV) through the local embassy of Malaysia. After arrival, you must complete post-arrival medical check and then ISO supports immigration Malaysia for student pass endorsement.
