Submit your international application and documents
Complete the programme application using SEGi’s official application process for international students. Prepare and submit the required documents such as your application form, academic transcripts/certificates, passport copy, white-background photographs, and a medical and laboratory report. If English proficiency proof is applicable for your admission assessment, submit a certified copy as well. Ensure your documents are ready before you submit so your case can move to academic evaluation.
Counsellor/Registry assessment against entry requirements
After documents are submitted, the counsellor submits the academic transcripts for assessment to the Registry. The Registry evaluates your application based on the minimum entry requirements to determine eligibility for the preferred programme. If additional documents are needed or English proficiency requirements apply to your case, you will be guided accordingly. Allow time for this assessment step before planning your travel arrangements.
Pay the required admission and visa-related fees, if eligible
If the Registry assessment approves your eligibility, counsellors will notify you to proceed with payment and next steps. International students are required to pay admission and international student visa application fees of RM 3,150 (subject to change), as stated by SEGi’s international admissions process. Complete payments promptly once notified to avoid delaying the offer and visa process. Keep copies of payment receipts for your records.
Receive offer letter and complete student pass/visa steps
Once you have completed the required fees and next steps, SEGi will proceed with the offer and student pass/visa-related process. Follow the instructions provided by SEGi for the required submissions and timelines. Confirm the intake date you are enrolling for and plan your travel accordingly. Make sure your passport and supporting documents remain valid for the duration of visa processing.
