📝 How to Apply

1

Apply and submit your documents for assessment

International applicants should prepare their application form and supporting documents, including academic transcripts/certificates and passport copy, and submit them to SEGi University for assessment. SEGi explains that counsellors submit the necessary academic documents for assessment/approval by the Registry based on the minimum entry requirements. Start early to ensure your documents are ready for review and any follow-up requests from admissions.

2

Pay required fees for your offer and international student processing

After you are assessed and found eligible, SEGi advises students to proceed with payment and next steps of application. SEGi's international student guidance explains that students will have to make admission and international student visa application fees, and that an offer letter is prepared for students who accept. Fees and processing requirements may be subject to change, so confirm the current amount through SEGi when you receive eligibility/update communications.

3

Support visa/student pass processing via SEGi

SEGi states that once the application file is complete and the required fees and documents are in place, the SEGi International Office will submit the completed set of documents to the relevant Malaysian visa process channel for processing. This stage is handled by SEGi's International Office as part of visa matters. Keep your email and document records ready, and respond promptly if SEGi requests any additional items for your file.
