    Submit your international student application documents

    Use SEGi University’s international student application process and prepare your application form and supporting documents. International applicants typically submit their academic transcripts/certificates and a full passport copy, along with other required items listed by the university. If English proficiency is applicable to your case, submit a certified copy as requested.

    Document assessment and eligibility approval

    SEGi’s counsellors submit necessary academic documents for assessment to the Registry. The Registry evaluates applicants against the programme’s minimum entry requirements to determine eligibility for the preferred programme. If you are found eligible, you will be guided to the next steps for payment and processing.

    Pay the application and international student visa fees

    If you are eligible, you will be asked to proceed with the required payment and next steps. The university states that admission and international student visa application fees are RM 3,150 (subject to change). After payment and acceptance, the Registry prepares the offer letter for students who submit completed documents.

    Visa processing through SEGi’s International Office

    After you accept and submit the completed documents, SEGi’s International Office submits the completed set of documents to EMGS for visa application. SEGi also handles visa matters as part of the international student process. Keep your contact details accurate so the International Office can coordinate visa processing smoothly.
