Nilai University asks international students to submit their application about 3 months before the intake they plan to enrol in, to support visa processing. Complete the international student application procedure and provide the required forms and documents for your chosen entry route. Keep your passport and education documents ready so you can upload or submit copies as requested.
Prepare a completed application form, an accommodation form, and passport photocopies with at least 2 years validity. Submit copies of your secondary or secondary vocational school results and graduation certificate, including translated copies in English if the originals are not in English. During this stage you also pay the programme application fee and visa application fee, plus other listed one-time or annual fees as applicable.
After you submit your forms and make the payments, send the documents and the payment details (including receipts or telegraphic transfer information) to Nilai University using the contact method listed in the procedure page. Nilai University will process your application after receiving the required items. Within two weeks, you should receive email documents including your Letter of Offer and Confirmation of Acceptance for signing.
Successful applicants will receive the Visa Approval Letter process through EMGS, and Nilai University notes a processing timeframe of about six to eight weeks after submission. International students are instructed to apply for a Single-Entry Visa and endorse the Visa Approval Letter at the nearest Malaysian embassy, consulate, or high commission before travelling. Before arrival, you must make the full payment stated in the Pro Forma invoice included with your Letter of Offer.
