The Bachelor of Hospital Management (Hons) provides students with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management principles and their applications in real-world scenarios. The curriculum is divided into two main phases:
 

Phase 1: Foundational Years (Years 1–2)

Focuses on building a strong foundation in core subjects, including healthcare systems, hospital operations, human resource management, healthcare finance, and quality assurance. Students also learn essential skills such as communication, leadership, and ethical decision-making.

Phase 2: Practical Years (Year 3)

Involves hands-on training in real-world settings, including internships, industry projects, and case studies. Students gain practical experience in areas such as hospital administration, patient care coordination, healthcare policy implementation, and strategic planning.
