The Bachelor of Construction Management provides students with a comprehensive understanding of construction principles and their applications in solving real-world challenges. The curriculum is divided into two main phases:

Phase 1: Foundational Years (Years 1–2)

Focuses on building a strong foundation in core construction subjects, including construction technology, building materials, structural systems, project planning, and cost estimation. Phase 2: Practical Years (Year 3)

Involves hands-on training in real-world settings, including internships, industry projects, and portfolio development. Students gain practical experience in areas such as construction site management, project scheduling, risk management, and sustainable construction practices.
