Research (120-point)
Taught (180-point) You must have completed a Bachelor of Arts, including the required prerequisites for your intended subject as outlined in the MA Schedule. These prerequisites typically involve a major in your chosen subject, although some disciplines may have additional specific requirements. If you are one course short of completing your BA, you may be permitted to take that course during the first semester of your 180-point MA programme. Research (120-point) You must have completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) or a Postgraduate Diploma in Arts in your intended subject, with a minimum GPA of 5.0 across the programme, or hold an equivalent qualification. You are also required to have an approved thesis topic and a confirmed supervisor. Some subjects may require a higher GPA for admission to the thesis component.
