The Bachelor of Science in Sports and Fitness at Lincoln University College prepares you to respond to the needs of fitness enthusiasts, the community, and athletes, with knowledge of Exercise Science and Sports Science and how the field is advancing.

You will learn how to instruct fitness clients and athletes and how to apply science of exercise and sports to fitness consultations, exercise programming, and strength and conditioning, supporting careers in physical activity and fitness settings as well as graduate study in sports science and allied health.
