The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Real Estate Management at FOM is designed for students who want to qualify for management and leadership tasks in the real estate industry. In the program, you build knowledge in areas such as real estate valuation, marketing and sales, and tax and financing questions, while also learning to integrate market analyses, legal basics (for example procurement law), and ESG criteria into real estate processes.

You develop an understanding of innovation opportunities in the context of smart-city and smart-building concepts and work in a practice-oriented way on strategy systems in real estate controlling. The program offers 180 ECTS and is delivered with the Campus-Studium+ model (on-site learning plus digital elements), with starts in March (summer semester) or September (winter semester).
