International applicants must register their personal data and educational background in the FOM application form. You should indicate the semester you are applying for so the International Office can process your request correctly. Ensure your name is entered exactly as on your passport.

Prepare your documents as certified copies

For the application registration, you need an authenticated copy of your general university entrance qualification and school-leaving diploma or high school diploma, plus your CV. You also must submit proof of sufficient English language skills at least B2 level, or an MOI letter if your prior education was conducted in English. If your original documents are not in German or English, you must provide certified translations.

Submit the signed application and documents by email

After completing your form and gathering the required certified documents, send the completed and signed application form together with the documents by email to the International Office at [email protected]. Use PDF files and name them as requested in the programme instructions. After FOM receives your documents, they begin processing your application and may request missing documents.

Take the admission assessment route (TestAS or FOM entrance exam pathway)

The programme page states that admission assessment includes TestAS or a FOM entrance examination (online examination or within an eight-week preparation course).
