Bachelor's degree (foreign qualifications)International applicants must hold a completed first degree (grundständiges Erststudium) from a state-recognised or state-accredited higher education institution outside Germany. The first degree should be in an eligible field (the university states: in particular Soziale Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Kindheitspädagogik, Erziehungs- und Bildungswissenschaft, Heilpädagogik, Lehramt, and comparable programmes) and should be in the usual range of 180 credit points.
Relevant professional experienceInternational applicants must also show at least one year of qualified professional experience after completing the first degree. The university notes that if the experience is not fully met, the degree programme leadership decides based on the complete application documents and a motivation letter.
