Foundation and core sustainability management
  • Familiarise yourself with the principles and concepts for sustainable action in organisations through the module Nachhaltigkeitsprinzipien verstehen.
  • Build your analytical foundation using modules such as Globale Nachhaltigkeitspolitik und -strategien, Globale Nachhaltigkeitspolitik und -strategien and Nachhaltiges Wirtschaften und Ressourcenmanagement.
  • Develop change-related competencies with modules focused on leadership and management for sustainable transformation, including Führungspsychologie and Change Management.
  • Strengthen project and leadership execution skills via Projektmanagement für Führungskräfte and related leadership-oriented learning.
Specialisation and applied management skills
  • Choose your specialisation topics and deepen them through one of the available paths (e.g., Sustainable Entrepreneurship, Nachhaltige Unternehmen leiten, Unternehmen nachhaltig verändern, or Gesellschaft nachhaltig transformieren).
  • Apply responsible management and governance approaches with modules such as Sustainable Corporate Governance and Corporate Responsibility, Strategie and Leadership.
