- Build your analytical foundation using modules such as Globale Nachhaltigkeitspolitik und -strategien, Globale Nachhaltigkeitspolitik und -strategien and Nachhaltiges Wirtschaften und Ressourcenmanagement.
- Develop change-related competencies with modules focused on leadership and management for sustainable transformation, including Führungspsychologie and Change Management.
- Strengthen project and leadership execution skills via Projektmanagement für Führungskräfte and related leadership-oriented learning.
- Choose your specialisation topics and deepen them through one of the available paths (e.g., Sustainable Entrepreneurship, Nachhaltige Unternehmen leiten, Unternehmen nachhaltig verändern, or Gesellschaft nachhaltig transformieren).
- Apply responsible management and governance approaches with modules such as Sustainable Corporate Governance and Corporate Responsibility, Strategie and Leadership.
- Develop sustainability economics and decision tools through modules such as Nachhaltigkeitsbewertung und -controlling and Sustainable Finance.
