Der Studiengang BWL & Wirtschaftspsychologie (B.Sc.) verbindet Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit wirtschaftspsychologischen Inhalten und bereitet dich auf eine Karriere in Bereichen wie Personalmanagement und Führung, Marketing und Marktforschung sowie Consulting und Training vor.

Foundation phase

  • Eignungsdiagnostik und Personalentwicklung.
  • Marketing and change topics (Marketingstrategie; Change Management, including Kommunikation und Konfliktmanagement).
Specialisation phase
  • Specialisation selection in two areas (each 8 credits) from the provided Wirtschaftspsychologie focus topics.
  • Core study work covering organisational and business psychology competences (e.g., Arbeits-, Organisations- und Wirtschaftspsychologie 1 and 2, Interkulturelle Psychologie).
  • Project work and practical application modules that build competence for business and HR contexts.
Thesis phase
  • Bachelor Thesis (Bachelor-Thesis) with 12 credits.
