📝 How to Apply

1

Check your foreign qualification

Confirm whether your foreign school-leaving certificate provides direct access to a German bachelor's program. Review its status through the official German recognition and university-admission databases referenced by DIPLOMA. Applicants with recognised university study completed in their home country may also qualify for direct admission. Contact DIPLOMA's Academic International Office when the recognition result or required access route is unclear.

2

Complete preparatory study when required

Applicants whose foreign school qualification does not provide direct university access must normally complete a Studienkolleg route and pass the Feststellungsprüfung. Entry to the preparatory course requires an entrance examination and German proficiency at B1 level. Choose the subject track that corresponds to the intended bachelor's field. Obtain the final assessment certificate before completing enrolment in the degree program.

3

Prepare the enrolment documents

Collect the completed study contract, tabular curriculum vitae, passport photograph and a copy of your passport or other accepted identity document. Submit officially certified copies of the qualification used for university admission. Include records of previous higher education or professional qualifications when they are relevant to your admission route or a request for credit recognition. Prepare the required B2 English evidence or arrange the alternative eligibility interview offered by DIPLOMA.

4

Submit the online registration

Complete the official DIPLOMA online registration form and select the Wirtschaftspsychologie Bachelor of Science distance-learning program. Registration is available throughout the year because the university publishes no fixed application deadline or waiting period. Upload or submit the required admission documents in the format requested by the university. The admissions team will assess your qualification equivalence and confirm whether any additional evidence is needed.

5

Confirm the study start and payment plan

Choose the regular April or October start and select one of the official tuition payment models. A start at another time may be considered after an individual review by the university. Review the monthly payment period and the additional one-time examination fee before signing the study contract. International applicants planning to live in Germany should also begin the visa and financial-proof process early.
