    📝 How to Apply

    1

    Check international admission eligibility

Review the DIPLOMA international admissions requirements for the Bachelor program and identify which higher-education entrance route applies to your foreign qualifications. If the admission route includes an HZB-Prüfung, plan your preparation early because it is part of the eligibility process for international applicants. Gather your school certificates and any supporting proof needed to demonstrate eligibility for admission from abroad.

    2

Prepare language documentation for German-taught study

Because the degree program is taught in German, prepare German language proof according to DIPLOMA’s international guidance. If you need language preparation, DIPLOMA offers a structured learning option leading to a B1-level certificate as preparation before further preparation for study. Ensure your language documentation is ready well before you submit your application package.

    3

Submit your application through DIPLOMA’s application process

Complete the university application process for the Bachelor program during the published intake window. Upload the required documents (identity documents and qualification documents) in the format requested by DIPLOMA. Submit before the deadline so that admissions and any eligibility checks can be completed in time for study start.

    4

Complete admissions review and enrolment steps

After submission, DIPLOMA reviews your eligibility and confirms whether you can enrol as an ordinary student. If any additional steps are required (for example eligibility checks connected to foreign qualification access), respond promptly. Once you receive the admission confirmation, proceed with enrolment arrangements so you are ready for the start of the study program.
