Der Master Berufspädagogik (M.A.) an der DIPLOMA Hochschule qualifiziert Sie für Lehrtätigkeiten an berufsbildenden Schulen sowie für Aufgaben in der beruflichen Fort- und Weiterbildung. Sie verbinden dabei Ihre fachliche Erstqualifikation mit wissenschaftlich fundierter Berufs- und Wirtschaftspädagogik und entwickeln didaktische, methodische und reflexive Kompetenzen für die Unterrichtsplanung, -durchführung und -evaluation.

Das Fernstudium ist in Teilzeit organisiert und startet zweimal jährlich (April und Oktober). Je nach individuellen Voraussetzungen ist auch eine Studienverkürzung möglich; das Studium kann 100 % online erfolgen oder wahlweise mit optionalen Präsenzveranstaltungen und Prüfungen in einem DIPLOMA-Prüfungszentrum.

  • Your chosen fachdidactic Schwerpunkt supports you in applying education and teaching theory directly to your subject area.
  • You work on competence-oriented lesson concepts for vocational education and continuing education for both youth training and adult learning contexts.
  • You deepen your ability to connect theory and practice in professional teaching and learning arrangements.
Final work and completion
  • You complete the programme with final academic work within the Master’s degree structure.
  • You consolidate your teaching-oriented competencies for future roles in vocational schools and in vocational training / adult education.
  • You graduate with a state-recognised, accredited Master’s degree (Master of Arts).

Curriculum

The 90 ECTS curriculum is completed over five semesters and combines six compulsory vocational-education modules, one selected subject-didactics module, supervised teaching practice, and the master's thesis with colloquium. Students choose one subject-didactics pathway from SAGE, Business, STEM, or Design.
