Overview

The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Information Engineering at TUM Campus Heilbronn is a unique interdisciplinary program that integrates computer science, electrical engineering, and business management. Spanning six semesters, it is designed to equip students with the skills necessary to develop and implement interconnected IT systems, from sensors to business models.

The curriculum includes core courses in programming, algorithms, databases, and cyber-physical systems, complemented by electives in management and engineering. Students also engage in practical projects and a Bachelor's thesis, fostering hands-on experience and industry readiness.

Taught entirely in English, with some electives in German, the program attracts a diverse, international student body. Graduates are well-prepared for careers in software development, IT consulting, and digital transformation roles across various industries.
