📝 How to Apply

1

Prepare eligibility documents

Check your foreign school-leaving or university-entrance qualification and confirm it matches Hochschule Fresenius’ Bachelor admission eligibility for international applicants. If your international certificate does not directly qualify for Germany, consider the university qualification examination (German “Feststellungsprüfung”) route. Prepare your English language proof documentation and keep your passport details ready for later visa/enrollment steps if applicable.

2

Submit the online application and upload documents

Apply via the university application portal during the published application window. Upload at least the required educational documents to the portal (for Bachelor applications: your secondary school leaving certificate) and include your English language proof as required for admission. After you apply, follow any additional document upload requests within the university’s specified timelines.

3

Attend the admission interview (if invited)

If you fulfil the admission requirements, your personal study advisor will invite you to an admission interview. The interview is not described as a knowledge test; the university focuses on personality, your reasons for choosing the program, and your motivation. Keep your motivation statement and study plan explanations ready for the 15-minute interview.

4

Receive the study contract and complete visa/enrollment steps

After a successful admission interview, you receive the official study contract and instructions for the next steps. For non-EU applicants, the university indicates that you must complete steps such as the transfer of the security deposit payment before visa documents are issued. You will then be supported with documents for your visa application process, and later complete enrollment document submission as requested by the university.
