📝 How to Apply

1

Prepare your eligibility and qualification documents

Confirm that you hold a Hochschulzugangsberechtigung for Bachelor entry. If your international school-leaving certificate does not directly provide German university access, check whether you need the Feststellungsprüfung route and/or the Hochschule Fresenius Aufnahmeprüfung route for international applicants. Gather your secondary school documents early so you can submit them during the application window.

2

Check language readiness for a German-taught bachelor

The program language is German, so plan for German language proof before enrollment. If you do not yet have an accepted language certificate, contact the admissions team to confirm the correct next steps. Make sure your language documents are ready for upload when the application portal requests them.

3

Apply through the university admission process during the published intake window

Submit your application via the university’s admission process for this Bachelor program. Upload your required documents (identity and education documents at minimum) in the requested format within the application period. If your admission pathway requires a placement test or additional review, follow the instructions provided by the university after submission.

4

Complete any admission test/qualification steps if required

If you are eligible for the Aufnahmeprüfung because your qualification does not meet German university access requirements, prepare for the free written online test and oral test. Follow the university guidance on how and when to complete that process. Keep proof of your prior test results if you believe you may qualify for exemption from the Aufnahmeprüfung.

5

Plan visa/residence steps after admission confirmation

After you receive your study admission and enrollment instructions, begin your Germany visa and residence application planning early. Ensure you can meet German financial proof expectations for studying in Germany and prepare documents that match the requirements of the visa authority. Arrange your travel and early accommodation planning for the semester start.
