Lebensmittelsicherheit (B.Sc.) is a free dual study program at Hochschule Fresenius, offered in cooperation with Hochschule Geisenheim University. You combine practical training in the food industry with application-oriented university study so you can make food safe and marketable and build a career in quality, hygiene, and consumer protection.

The program is conducted in a block model and uses modern lab facilities for experimental work and instrumental analysis. Through practical, product-focused learning and choice modules, you can tailor your studies toward different food categories and management topics while completing a dual bachelor qualification.
