In the Master Corporate Finance & Controlling, you build in-depth finance and controlling knowledge and learn how to apply it strategically in corporate decisions, supported by topics such as corporate governance and compliance, international controlling, and IFRS-based group reporting.

Foundation and core finance focus
  • Build business and management fundamentals relevant for Corporate Finance and Controlling, including Corporate Governance and Organisation-related content.
  • Develop quantitative methods foundations to support analytical work in finance and controlling.
  • Strengthen core financial accounting and controlling foundations such as accounting, balance-sheet topics, and investment/financing-oriented calculation areas.
Advanced corporate finance and controlling specialisation
  • Advance into topic blocks covering Corporate Governance and Compliance, international controlling, and IFRS-related group accounting.
  • Study investment-, process-, and financial controlling topics, including operational and strategic controlling instruments.
  • Focus on corporate finance practical themes such as Mergers and Acquisitions, portfolio and asset management, and corporate valuation and taxation.
Capstone and thesis phase
