📝 How to Apply
Prepare your application for the published intake
Review the programme entry requirements for international students, including degree CGPA and English requirements. Gather your passport, academic certificates/transcripts (certified copies), and English proof or exemption documents. Confirm admission and begin Student Pass processing
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive a Letter of Offer and can confirm enrolment. APU requires the payment of RM 3,600 as Pre-Arrival Application Processing Fees to enable Student Pass application processing through EMGS. Together with that payment, provide the required acceptance materials including certified documents and passport details.
Complete visa steps and plan your arrival
APU submits your Student Pass processing application to EMGS after receiving complete documents and the required fees. You may need to apply for a Single Entry Visa supported by the e-VAL issued by EMGS/Immigration Malaysia, and you should plan travel carefully while your visa is processed. APU advises that you arrive in Malaysia in time for orientation and to avoid missing course start activities.
