📝 How to Apply

Prepare your application for the published intake

Review the programme entry requirements for international students, including degree CGPA and English requirements. Gather your passport, academic certificates/transcripts (certified copies), and English proof or exemption documents. Ensure your supporting documents clearly match your passport details (name and date of birth) before you submit.

Submit your application and upload required documents

Complete the university’s online application and submit the required document set during the application window for your chosen intake date. After you submit, APU assesses your eligibility based on the published criteria. Keep your copies of all documents in case admissions or visa processing requests further clarification.

Confirm admission and begin Student Pass processing

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive a Letter of Offer and can confirm enrolment. APU requires the payment of RM 3,600 as Pre-Arrival Application Processing Fees to enable Student Pass application processing through EMGS. Together with that payment, provide the required acceptance materials including certified documents and passport details.

Complete visa steps and plan your arrival

APU submits your Student Pass processing application to EMGS after receiving complete documents and the required fees. You may need to apply for a Single Entry Visa supported by the e-VAL issued by EMGS/Immigration Malaysia, and you should plan travel carefully while your visa is processed. APU advises that you arrive in Malaysia in time for orientation and to avoid missing course start activities.
