📝 How to Apply

1

Initiate your application with complete documents

Submit the APU online application and include the required document set (certified true copies of academic qualifications with English translation where applicable). Clearly indicate the programme you are applying for and your intake date. For undergraduate applications, APU states you may apply with forecast results if you are still awaiting final results, and this can lead to a conditional offer based on final outcomes.

2

Receive the offer and complete pre-arrival processing

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive a Letter of Offer and can confirm enrolment. To enable the student visa application process, APU states that the pre-arrival application processing fee payment is required immediately along with the specified documents. APU also lists that the visa process normally takes 3 to 4 weeks, so planning ahead is important.

3

Student visa processing via EMGS and visa approval

After APU receives your complete documents together with the international student visa and application fees, APU submits your application to EMGS. APU notes that processing may take about 2 to 3 weeks after receiving complete documents and payment. APU advises that you avoid entering Malaysia during visa processing to reduce delays and complications.
