📝 How to Apply

1

Apply online and submit your documents

Submit your application through APU’s online application system and select the correct programme and intake date. Upload your certified academic documents and the required English proficiency results (where applicable). If you are still awaiting final results, you may apply using forecast results and may receive a conditional offer based on achieving the specified grades.

2

Wait for eligibility review and Letter of Offer

APU reviews your submitted documents to assess eligibility for admission. If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive a Letter of Offer. Ensure that your documents are complete because review is based on receiving the full set of required documents.

3

Confirm admission and prepare for the student visa process

After accepting your Letter of Offer, you will be required to make the pre-arrival application processing fee payment immediately to enable APU’s student visa application. Submit the additional items required for visa processing, including passport details and the English certification results. Follow APU’s guidance for the next steps after you receive the offer acceptance confirmation.

4

Plan your arrival and finalise pre-arrival requirements

APU advises international students to arrive at least one week before the intake begins to avoid missing orientation. If you are arriving by air, notify APU at least 7 days prior to your arrival in Malaysia so they can arrange airport pick-up and immigration clearance facilitation.
