📝 How to Apply
Start your application online
Submit your application through APU’s online application system during the published intake window. For undergraduate applications, you may apply with forecast results if you are awaiting final results, and APU may issue a conditional offer based on your final grades. Upload your required certified true copies of academic documents and include English certification documents (IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/MUET) where applicable.
Receive your Letter of Offer and confirm admission
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will receive a Letter of Offer from APU. To enable the university to proceed with your student visa application, APU requires a pre-arrival application processing fee payment of RM 3,600 as soon as the offer is accepted. You will also need to provide additional documents required for visa processing alongside the acceptance.
Student visa processing (EMGS) and arrival steps
After APU receives your complete documents and the required visa/application fees, it will submit your application to EMGS for student pass processing. After approval, you follow Malaysia’s visa/entry process requirements and report to EMGS’s International Students Arrival Centre after arrival. You will complete the required medical screening and then APU will proceed with your student visa sticker endorsement steps.
