Submit the online application form during the available intake period. For undergraduate applications, APU states you may apply with forecast results if you are still awaiting final results, and the university may issue a conditional offer based on meeting specified grades. Upload certified true copies of your academic qualifications and include the English test results you will use for the minimum requirement check.
If you meet the eligibility criteria, APU will issue a Letter of Offer. APU states you must confirm your enrolment and pay the RM 3,600 Pre-Arrival Application Processing Fee for student visa processing after you accept the offer. The university also requests additional items to commence visa application together with this payment.
After APU receives your complete documents and the international student visa and application fees, it will submit your application to EMGS. APU indicates the processing may take about 2–3 weeks once complete documents and payment are received. APU also advises submitting application forms early (at least eight weeks before the intake dates) to support approval.
