Complete the APU online application and upload the requested documents during the application window. For undergraduate applications, you may apply using forecast results if you are still waiting for final results, and you may receive a conditional offer based on meeting the required grades. In your application, clearly indicate the programme you are applying for and the intake date.
If you meet the eligibility criteria, APU will issue a Letter of Offer. To enable the student visa application, you must make the required Pre-Arrival Application Processing Fees promptly after accepting the offer and provide the documents listed by APU for visa processing. APU advises that you apply 6 to 8 weeks in advance of the scheduled intake for visa processing time.
Once APU receives your complete documents together with the international student visa and application fees, they submit the application to EMGS (Education Malaysia Global Services). Student pass processing may take about 2 to 3 weeks on receiving complete documents and payment. You are advised to avoid entering Malaysia during the visa process to prevent delays, and to ensure you follow APU/EMGS instructions.
