Submit your application using APU’s online application form and indicate the Programme and Intake Date. Upload certified true copies of your academic qualifications and include English test score copies (if available) for English proficiency evaluation. If you are still waiting for final results for undergraduate applications, you may apply with forecast results and receive a conditional offer based on achieving specified grades.
After APU issues a Letter of Offer, you confirm your enrolment to allow the university to submit your Student Visa application. APU’s international application procedure states that a Pre-Arrival Application Processing Fee of RM 3,600 is required immediately with the acceptance of the offer. Along with this, you will need to provide additional items for the visa application as described by APU (including passport photographs and passport copies).
APU’s procedure continues through visa processing stages after your offer is accepted and the required processing fee is paid. You must ensure your documents and personal details match what is required for the visa process and student pass arrangements. Plan ahead because APU strongly recommends applying 6 to 8 weeks in advance of the scheduled intake, and it states visa processing normally takes 3 to 4 weeks.
